Our story
In Vietnamese, Bánh refers to a wide variety of foods made from flour. They can be sweet or savory, street food or dine-in, eaten by hand or chopsticks. With our sisters coming from different regions of Vietnam, we want to share the wide variety of tastes in Vietnamese cuisine.
Our menu
Our limited menu allows us to focus on crafting an authentic experience while preserving the Vietnamese culture.
1. Bánh Mì Thịt Xiên Nướng
Vietnamese grilled meat sandwich - with fresh cilantro, jalapeños, pickled veggie, peanut, and house special sauce.
2. Bánh Mì Thịt Chay Xiên Nướng (v)
Grilled Impossible meat sandwich - with fresh cilantro, jalapeños, pickled veggie, peanut, and house special sauce.
3. Cà phê dừa
Vietnamese coconut coffee - with homemade vegan coconut ice cream, coconut milk, and shredded coconut.
4. Rau câu dừa
Coconut jelly - with sweet fresh coconut juice, coconut milk, and coffee.
